The table below explains the policy and procedure of booking and payment at BCC. Please read it carefully before making any booking for our courses.

Fill in BCC application form or BCC Group Booking Form and then send it to our email address: bournemouthcitycollege@gmail.com

Step 2
Provisional booking
On receipt of your provisional booking we will contact you to confirm the availability of your requested course and accommodation.  We usually confirm this by emailing you an invoice. BCC does not guarantee any booking without receiving the  30% deposit.
Step 3Deposit procedure Bournemouth City College Deposit procedure:
To confirm a booking, BCC requires a 30% deposit which must be paid immediately when you receive your invoice.  If you make your booking less than 6 weeks before arrival you will need to pay the full amount immediately. Payment method:

Once we receive this payment we will send you a booking confirmation

Step 4
Full payment procedure
For bookings made longer than 6 weeks in advance, the balance of fees (70%),  must be made 4 weeks before arrival.
Step 5      On-Line Test As soon as you receive you confirmation please complete the on-line test
Step 6
Cancellation procedure
No refund: BCC will not refund if cancellation is made only 4 weeks or less before arrival.
Half refund: BCC will only refund half of the deposit if the cancellation is made
5 weeks prior to arrival.
Full refund: BCC will refund the deposit in full if the cancellation is made 8 weeks or more prior to arrival.
Step 7Arrangement Upon receipt your deposit we will allocate host family accommodation and /or rooms in the BCC residence. The earlier the booking, the better, your chance of us being able to meet your preferred requirements. These details will be on your booking confirmation.
Step 8Revision & Confirmation After processing all the bookings and confirming them we will have time to correct any misunderstandings and make the necessary changes
Eg: allergies, special diet, twin room instead of single etc.
Any such changes will be sent to you on a new booking confirmation
Step 9Meeting and greeting All students are provided with course books, notebooks, student cards, and an information pack about Bournemouth’s transport facilities, excursions, information about job centre and other important places and extra-curricular activities.  They can join BCC’s Social Programme at any time. We look forward to seeing you at BCC!
NOTES
  • Please note that all students requiring BCC Residence Accommodation are requested to pay a £100 deposit which will be refunded when they leave, providing they have not damaged any BCC property
  • Please also note that any tenant/student who makes an accommodation only booking will also be charged a £30 Administration Fee
  • All changes requested to bookings after arrival will incur a £30 administration fee.
